Wine made of the grape varieties Garnacha, Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, cultivated in our vineyards at700mabove sea level, on East-facing slopes. After a careful fermentation, we select the most appropriate wines to age for a long period of time in French and American oak barrels (min. 24 months) and in the bottle (min. 36 months). Intense red cherry colour with garnet and brick-red hints. Elegant aroma of oak, vanilla, spices and balsamics, giving a characteristic and harmonic bouquet. Serve at 16-19ºC.
